By way of culinary highlights the STEAKTRAIN Restaurant offers various meat specialities such as for instance US bison meat, an especially high-quality meat, or beef from Holstein cattle, which is distinguished by its fine marbling and first-class taste. The preparation of the steaks on the 300° lava grill with an open fire ensures that incomparable grilled flavour. Various sauces and fresh side dishes complement the steaks. The culinary range and the elegant ambience, the style echoing a historic luxury dining car, guarantee a special evening. We recommend wines from California and Washington to accompany the dishes and there is of course also a selection of wines from all over the world.
Our chef’s special recommendation: “Entrecôte Double” for two people, a 360 g double rump steak from the lava grill plus a choice of two side dishes and two sauces and chutneys each from a selection of fifteen different kinds. Served with a bottle of wine.
