What time is check in/ check out?
Where can I park?
We are pleased to offer you our automated parking garage for €25 per day. Please note the maximum permissible vehicle dimensions: 5.00 m length / 1.98 m width / 1.50 m height / 2,000 kg weight.
Since many vehicles exceed these dimensions and our parking spaces are limited, we recommend the nearby public parking garages – these are spacious and just a short walk away.
What time is breakfast?
You can breakfast Mondays to Fridays from 6 am until 10 am; Saturday, Sundays and holidays from 7 am until 11 am.
Are there any family rooms or extra beds?
There are three rooms available with an extra bed (length: 1,60m). Unfortunately, extra beds cannot be placed in any other room.
Are there any cots?
A baby cot can be arranged free of charge in advance by request. You can bring your own cot as well.
What are the sauna opening hours?
Please contact our reception if you would like to use the sauna.
What are the bar service hours?
In general, the hotel bar is open from 12 pm to approx. 1 am.
What are the Restaurant STEAKTRAIN opening hours?
Food service from 5 pm to 10 pm (last order).
Is Wi-Fi included?
Wi-Fi is free of charge for all overnight guests and conference attendees.
